After Raphael (Italian, 1483-1520) Copy of Madonna della Sedia. Unsigned. Oil on canvas, 29 x 29 in., in an elaborately carved frame. Condition: Lined, retouch, craquelure. Estimate $500-700 The copy appears to be 19th century. It is wax lined onto a rigid surface. Framed dimensions are roughly 42 x 42 inches. The frame design includes foliate elements, cherubs heads, and has floral sprays applied to the spandrels. Frame has sustained some damage.
