Robert Ferrandini (American, b. 1948) Firestorm (Boston 1872). No visible signature, titled and dated "...1986" on a copy of an insurance appraisal that accompanies the lot. Oil on paper, 27 1/2 x 39 1/2 in., framed. Condition: Deckled upper and lower edges, tack holes near corners, small dog ear crease to l.r. corner, u.l. hinge loosened, floated within the frame, not examined out of frame. Provenance: Victoria Munroe Gallery, New York, to the current private collection, Massachusetts, in 1986. N.B. An insurance appraisal dated 2000 indicates that the work is signed on the reverse.
