Victorian Gold and Enamel Butterfly-form Sentimental Brooch, with polychrome enamel wings, one hinged, opening to a compartment, 2 5/8 x 1 7/8 in. Estimate $400-600 Tests for 14kt. Enamel loss. Some dings. Later pinstem and catch. Second wing also hinged, but has been soldered shut. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
