Large Iron Strong Box, ht. 16 3/4, wd. 34, dp. 18 in. Provenance: Property Approved for Deaccession by the Board of Trustees of Historic Deerfield, Inc. Proceeds to the benefit the Museum Collections Fund. Estimate $300-500 box exhibits general rusting and some scattered corrosion, the lid is with losses to what appears to be black-painted gesso.
