Signed "Andy Warhol" in pencil l.r., signed "Mick Jagger" in thick felt-tip/marker l.l., numbered "135/250" in pencil l.l. Color screenprint on heavy watercolor-style paper, sheet size 43 1/2 x 29 in. (110.5 x 73.6 cm), framed. Condition: Deckled upper and lower edges, minute crimps to some deckles, toning to sheet edges, floated within the frame, not examined out of frame. Provenance: A private Maine collection. Estimate $25,000-35,000 Out of the frame the work is hinged with 2 hinges along the upper edge; 1 to the middle of each side; and 2 along the bottom edge. All of these go through the backing mat. The good news is this better supports the heavy paper; the bad news is that the verso is not fully visible. The work is affixed to the backing only with these hinges, and is gently rippled. At the corner l.l. (verso) is the publisher's ink stamp. The frame is 48 x 33 1/4 x 2 1/4 in. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
