Chromogenic prints on Kodak paper, sheet sizes 8 x 10 in. (20.3 x 25.4 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Minor emulsion inconsistencies, visible only in raking light, a few with minute accretions. N.B. The photograph of Dr. Charles A Berry, Chief of the Manned Spacecraft Center's medical programs is inscribed and signed "To Ed Uzmack/to further your space/medicine information./Charles A.
