Dark Blue Jasper Dip Snake-handled Vase, England, late 18th/early 19th century, probably Wedgwood, scrolled handles with applied white coiled snakes and classical figures bordered with laurel and berries, unmarked, ht. 15 5/8 in. Estimate $700-900 One handle heavily restored. No other evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations throughout. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
