Russian . 875 Silver and Enamel-mounted Cut Glass Ewer, early 20th century, worn hallmarks to neck, cloisonne enamel to stopper, neck and along the handle in a muted pastel palette, ht. 13 in. Provenance: Sotheby's New York, Faberge & Russian Works of Art, June 1988, Lot 371. Estimate $2,000-4,000 Stopper not marked. Stopper with a few minor chipped losses to enamel. Handle with some pitting to enamel and firescale around upper joint to neck (see images). Glass with a few fleabite nicks. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
