Fine Regency Rosewood Brass-mounted and Inlaid Writing Box, probably London, England, early 19th century, the hinged top opens to an interior of compartments and fold-out writing surface, each side fitted with handles, all set into a later rosewood frame made by Smith and Watson in 1964, (expertly restored), ht. 36, wd. 22, dp. 12 in.
