Note: According to Roy Sucholeiki, "Prosper Harvey Ellsworth... was born in 1838, and was a graduate of Rush Medical College in Chicago in 1860. He was a surgeon in the 106th Illinois Volunteer Infantry before moving to Hot Springs [Arkansas] in 1866." He and his wife Sarah Elizabeth Van Patten "were prominent citizens of Hot Springs....
