Pair of Brass Oil Lamps: "American Progress" and "Manifest Destiny," mid-19th century, the reservoirs above columnar bases with applied cast brass ornament of classical figures, (electrified), overall ht. 23 in. Estimate $300-500 The lamps are in good overall condition with no obvious evidence of damage or repair. There is heavy cleaning residue in the crevices and tight areas.
