Northampton County Artist (Southeastern Pennsylvania, active 1816-1837) , watercolor and ink on laid paper fraktur birth certificate, dated 1827 , the lower section with script surmounted by colorful potted flowers, spotted birds, and a portrait bust of a woman, all surrounded by yellow, black, and red borders, 9 1/2" x 7 1/2".
