Faintly signed "Eugene Vail" l.r., inscribed with title on the stretcher along with other indistinct inscriptions, unattributed partial label affixed to stretcher, label inscribed "No. 23" affixed to the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 15 x 18 1/4 in., unframed. Condition: Surface grime, minor wear to edges. Estimate $300-500 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
