Durfee/Providence," midsection with carved acanthus leaf decoration enclosing a reverse-painted tablet with gold leafage against a green ground, lower carved pedestal and gilt spelter eagle finial, eight-day time-only damascened decorated brass movement marked on the front plate "5846," with maintaining power, Geneva stop, and deadbeat escapement regulated by a pendulum and powered by a lead weight, ht. 37 in.
