Renaissance style cast stone figural planter or jardiniere of octagonal form with sides decorated with nude wingless putti or cherub figure under border at top with Bacchanalian facial masks, one side with rows of text in Latin, otherwise unmarked. Hole at bottom for drainage. Overall approximate height 8.9", diameter 9.25". Provenance: From the Estate of Dr. Woody and Mrs. Honor Cobbs, Atlanta, Georgia.
