Claude Grange (French, 1883-1971) Two Sculptures: La Fontaine and Trois Soeurs. La Fontaine with incised signature and date "C. Grange/1962" on the back above the base, Trois Soeurs initialed "C.G." on the side of the seat, both inscribed on the underside and titled on labels affixed to the underside. Terra-cotta, heights to 8 1/2 in. Condition: Both with surface imperfections which seem inherent to the medium, La Fontaine with scattered small firing cracks or similar and with possible surface loss to the back of the left arm, Trois Soeurs with dust and dirt to the interstices of the base. Estimate $20-200 Each also has a partial stamp in blue ink on the underside. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
