A George III Regency rolled paper tea caddy of hexagonal form wth gadrooned ebony inlay to each angled edge and corner, the planes of the box with elaborate floral, foliate, and scrolling decoration formed from bits of rolled polychrome and gilt paper, the hinged lid opening to reveal a single compartment with fitted lid bearing further rolled paper decoration and white metal finial. Approximate height 5.125", width 7.5", depth 4".
