Wrapping Cloth, Jogakbo, Korea, late 19th/early 20th century, near square, with sixteen squares, each of which has four triangular patches, bordered with brocade fabric, the reverse with three characters, two reading "seong" and "gong," 36 x 35 1/4 in. Estimate $400-600 severe wear with tears and holes, fading, discoloration, stains, sutured repair to a corner of the mat. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
