Black-painted and Turned Hall Table, 17th century, with heavy turned legs joined by a straight beaded skirt and square stretchers, (top an old replacement), ht. 28, wd. 51, dp. 19 in. Provenance: Peter Eaton, 1985. Estimate $800-1,200 discs added to underside of three legs to make the table sit flat. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
