Two English Trumpet-base Mid-drip Candlesticks, third quarter 17th century, the ribbed stems with wide mid-drip catchers and flaring bases, the taller candlestick marked "CA" within a diamond on the drip catchers, ht. to 7 1/2 in. Provenance: The shorter candlestick, David Stockwell, Wilmington, Delaware, June 1979; the taller Lillian Cogan, Farmington, Connecticut, August 1980.
