Female Yoruba Ibeji Figure, standing on a circular base, with raised feet, legs set apart with the arms detached from the body and hands on thighs, sloping shoulders beneath the oval face, bulging eyes beneath the incised openwork coiffure, wearing strands of beads around waist, wrist, and neck, dark brown patina, ht. 11 3/4 in.
