Wedgwood & Bentley Black Basalt Bust of Zingara, England, c. 1775, mounted atop a waisted circular socle, impressed title and mark, ht. 7 3/4 in. The Spak Collection of Wedgwood sold to benefit the Florida International Uni Estimate $1,200-1,800 Small chip to the side of the cloak; chips along top and bottom rim of socle. Another chip to the backside of the bust below the mark. Restored chip to very tip of headdress. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
