Group of six daquerrotypes and ambrotypes comprising of a portrait of a young girl contained within in protective case; a portrait of a young boy in hinged protective case; a portrait of a woman in plaid dress with hand written label identifying her as "Mrs. W.J. Davis" and circa 1846; an oval portrait of an older woman in white bonnet; a portrait of a woman in black in hinged leather case; and a family portrait taken on portico of Classical architectural building, note on interior of case with "Mrs John Conness" stationery with handwritten inscription "Family of W. J. and M. L. Davis --George S. Davis and Little Nellis on left hand 1858".
