Small octavo format manuscript on polished paper, gilt-decorated double carpet title page, text within ruled compartments throughout, final leaf damaged (ruled frame has etched through the paper detaching the inner part of the compartment containing the text, which although detached is present), browning and water staining to leaves, bound in gilt-tooled red morocco, rebacked, 6 x 3 1/2 x 2 in.
