French, Late 19th/Early 20th century. Louis XVI style carved and polychromed wood fauteuil or armchair with distressed grey and green finish on frame with lappet, acanthus leaf and egg and dart motif throughout with tapered fluted legs under floral patera blocks. Oval medallion back, elbow rests, seat and down feather filled seat cushion all upholstered in silk pink floral embroidered upholstery on champagne colored ground. Approximate height 35.125", width (across arms) 22.75", depth 21", seat to floor 17.5".
