Copy number 66 of 200 printed on large handmade paper, bound in four large octavo volumes, publisher's half paper over boards, (wear and water staining to bindings and fore-edges), illustrated with two frontispiece portraits, two folding facsimiles of letters, two folding genealogical charts, and eight maps, including the three folding maps housed in the rear pocket (flap detached) of the fourth volume; volume four with label upside down, 10 x 6 1/2 in.
