Manuscript on parchment, large quarto-format, two signatures of ten and four leaves; first leaf of first part with large penwork initial in purple and red, other four-line initials, several addenda and leaves of signed pages, in parchment boards, housed in a custom case, 13 x 9 1/2 in.
