A pair of small paintings comprising of a finely painted scene entitled "Lezione il Canto (Singing Lesson)" depicting courtly figures in fine dress with a woman playing piano, a standing woman singing, and man watching from the side, indistinguishably signed lower right, framed 9" x 8", sight size 4.5" x 3.25"; a painting in the style of Francois Boucher (French, 1703-1770) depicting a young man and woman seated in a park with a basket of flowers resting between them and a flower garland in her hand while she smells a red flower that he has put to her face, indistinguishably signed lower right, framed 9" x 8", sight size 4.5" x 3.25". Each painting is displayed in an Italian Florentine frame with inset of burgundy velvet.
