Howard Series 11 Open-face Watches, both with signed arabic numeral porcelain dial with sunk seconds, blued-steel hands, 21-jewel, stem-wind, lever-set, swing-out movement marked "Railroad Chronometer," and housed in a gold-filled screw bezel case, dia. 53 mm. Estimate $400-600 serial no. 1312630 has hairlines to dial, both setting, winding and ticking. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
