Congreve Rolling Ball Clock by Cannon Craft, Joseph and Ida Platt, Brailsford, England, lacquered brass case with four tapered and turned columns at each corner, silvered dials representing hours, minutes, and seconds, fusee time-only movement, housed in a glass and oak case, with original framed certificate, clock ht. 16 in. Note: Certificate states in part: "Not more than 50 of these clocks will be built and each will bear its own individual number. This clock number C10 is one of a series of ten on which work was started during 1977." Estimate $500-700 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
