Two Staffordshire Creamware Cow Groups, England, late 18th century, each with underglaze enamels, a green and sponged ochre model of a cow standing atop a cut-corner rectangular base, lg. 5; and a cow creamer with maiden with alternating brown and ochre sponging, green figure and free-form base, lg. 6 1/2 in. Estimate $800-1,200 Cow: Ends of both horns missing; a few slight footrim chips. Creamer: Replaced cover; restorations to tail, horns and one ear.
