Two Carved Wood Architectural Elements, possibly 17th century post carved with "fabric" swags held by rings, a modern dowel at bottom, ht. 31 1/2, approx. dia. 9, and a black and gilt painted carved griffin, mounting groove at back, ht. 30 in. Estimate $300-500 Post with considerable surface wear. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
