Wedgwood First Period Bone China Tea Set, England, c. 1820, polychrome enamel decorated with cartouches of Chinese figures to a yellow patterned ground, including a parapet-shaped teapot and cover, lg. 9 1/2, oval teapot stand, lg. 8 1/8, covered sugar bowl, lg. 6 3/4, creamer, ht. 4 in., six coffee cans, and six teacups and saucers; printed marks. The property of Jeffrey Milkins. Estimate $600-800 Teapot: Very slight abrasion to gilded rim. Sugar bowl: 2 1/2 hairline to one side; scattered stain spots to inner rim of bowl and base. Creamer: 2" rim restoration near spout. All else in very good condition throughout with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
