Two 19th Century Round-up Tools, Switzerland, single wooden base example possibly by Gustav Boley, both with hand-powered wheel with line attachments to the cutter arbors, vertical rise and fall cutter frames with steel handle, horizontal holding device and slide for holding the work, one mounted to a single-drawer base with a complete set of cutters.
