Miniature Longquan Celadon-glazed Temple Vase, China, possibly Yuan dynasty, meiping-shape body with short straight neck, the flanged mouth rim surmounted with a long cylindrical spout, bisque mouth and foot rims, ht. 3 3/4 in. Provenance: From a Maine estate. Purchased from Warren E. Cox in 1975. Estimate $800-1,000 minor potting flaw and surface scratches.
