Two Sets of Batavia Brown-glazed Blue and White Cups and Saucers, China, 19th century, both upturned bell-shape, one with floral rims, decorated with alternating flowers and landscapes, four-character Kangxi mark on base; and one with landscape design in the well below a patterned band around rim, ht. to 2 1/8, dia. to 5 in. Provenance: Property of Carl Crossman. Estimate $400-600 floral dish with a chip and two hairline cracks to rim. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
