Export Famille Rose Bowl, China, possibly 18th century, with slightly flaring mouth, decorated with a figure in various activities in four medallions against a purple ground, six-character Qianlong mark on base, ht. 3 1/4, dia. 7 in. Estimate $600-800 chips and two 2-inch hairline cracks to rim, some glazing flaws particularly to interior rim and well. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
