Three Framed Works on Paper: Philip Evergood (American, 1901-1973), Portrait of a Miner, signed "Philip Evergood" in pencil l. r. and in the plate l.r., numbered and titled "23/30..." in pencil l.l., etching on paper, plate size 7 3/8 x 6 3/8 in.; Joseph Hirsch (American, 1910-1981), Montana Shepherd, no visible signature, identified and titled on a label from Associated American Artists, New York, affixed to the frame backing, sight size 10 x 10 in.; and Leopoldo Mendez (Mexican, 1902-1969), El Bruto, from the portfolio Rio Escondido, signed "Méndez" in pencil l.r., numbered "1" in pencil l.l., linocut on paper, plate size 12 x 16 1/4 in. Condition: Miner and Shepherd with toning, Shepherd with scattered handling creases, abrasions, and fox marks, not examined out of frames.
