Yellow-body Slip-decorated Chamber Pot, possibly Lewis Pottery, Louisville, Kentucky, c. 1840, with brown slip annular bands, dots, and wavy trailings, extruded handle, ht. 5 1/8, dia. 9 1/4 in. Provenance: The Jonathan Rickard Collection. The Collection of Jonathan Rickard Estimate $150-250 Rim has a chip and associated hairline crack, foot ring has an apparent in the making loss and later chipping.
