Inlaid Cherry Candlestand, possibly Nathan Lumbard, Sutton, Massachusetts, 1800-10, the top centering a contrastingly inlaid twelve-point star and with quarter-round cutout corners, on a turned post with spiral-carved urn and tripod base of cabriole partial arris-carved legs and pad feet, ht. 27, wd. 14 1/4, dp. 15 in. Estimate $800-1,200 repaired crack/break to bottom of post, at and just above where legs meet. Minor losses to string inlay in top, some cracking to outer edge of top.
