English, c. 1915. An octagonal wooden cane with carved ivory head of a mustachioed sea captain decorated with a sterling silver hat visor and shirt collar buttons. Sterling marked on side of visor with Birmingham, England city mark, date mark, and unidentified maker's mark "HJC". Approximately 36.75" tall.
