Six Manganese-decorated Redware Jugs, New England, early 19th century, one with double incised line at shoulder, with strap handles, ht. to 10 3/4 in. Estimate $1,000-1,500 Abrasions around the widest part of the bodies, handles and mouths have scattered glaze loss, occasional chip on the base, smallest jug has a repaired chip in the mouth.
