Oil on board, the subject in front of a twilight landscape with swan and small vessel beyond, 14 1/2 x 10 1/4 in., in a canted frame. Condition: Abrasion at edges, probably due to an old frame. Provenance: Found in an 1840s Plainville, Massachusetts, home.
