Model 1860 Light Cavalry Saber and Scabbard, c. 1864, brass hilt with wire-wrapped leather grip, steel blade marked on the ricasso "MANSFIELD/&/LAMB" and on the opposite side "U.S./1864," blade lg. 34 1/2, overall lg. 41 in. Estimate $400-600 Hilt has some light damage on the front of the counter-guard, blade has some dark spots, grips is in very good condition.
