Four Wooden Soldier Art Objects, c. 1861-65, a wooden ring marked on the front "17th Corps" with an arrow corps badge carved in; a wooden ring with a shield on the front; a wooden slide with carved corps badges and "30 ILL" and "17 AC" on the sides; and a slide with an applied silver eagle with a central shield. Provenance: The collection of Nicholas A. Penachio. Estimate $300-500 The 30th Illinois slide has a broken piece that is detached but with the object, all others in good condition.
