Vintage chromogenic print on resin-coated Kodak paper with 'A Kodak Paper' watermark on the verso, image/sheet size 8 x 8 in. (20.3 x 20.3 cm), unmatted. Condition: Good. N.B. This remarkable view was photographed from the Lunar Module before it started its final descent to the lunar surface. 'I don't think any of us ever tired of looking out the window and watching the world or the Moon go by,' observed Charles Conrad. 'One of the best things that our photography has done is come close to giving people down here an idea of what the hell it looks like from up there' (Schick and Van Haaften, p. 40).
