Wilson's New 13-inch Celestial Table Globe, Cyrus Lancaster, Albany, 1837, twelve hand-colored engraved gores on a plaster sphere, hour ring (lacking brass disc), cartouche reading in part "Wilson's New Thirteen Inch Celestial Globe/Containing the positions of nearly 7000 Stars, Clusters," calibrated brass full-meridian ring, paper horizon band ring with red-painted rim, showing the Gregorian, and Zodiacal calendars, on a stained curly maple turned-leg stand. Estimate $2,000-3,000 cracks/splits around the Magnitudes scale, appears to be glue layed on top of some of the splits, stand with old surface.
