Signed "Picasso" in pencil l.r., numbered "22/50" in pencil l.l., dated "25.6.68 III" (in reverse) within the plate, identified on a fragmentary label from Pucker/Safrai Gallery, Boston, affixed to the backing. Etching on Rives paper with watermark, plate size 4 7/8 x 3 1/2 in. (12.4 x 8.8 cm), framed. Condition: Deckled edges, gentle light-toning, pencil annotations to verso. Estimate $3,000-5,000 The sheet measures 12 7/8 x 10 in., very minor thinning to lower corners, verso, presumably from the removal of old hinges.
