Frank Charles Peyraud (American, 1858-1948) Last Rays Signed "F. C. Peyraud" l.r. Oil on canvas, 26 x 30 in. (66.0 x 76.2 cm), in a Newcomb-Macklin-style frame. Condition: Lined, scattered retouch, craquelure. Estimate $600-800 Retouch to upper left quadrant consisting of four areas of retouch that appear to be restored tears. The largest is located left center and is about 4 inches tall. There is also some canvas deformation in that area. Stable craquelure.
