Reginald Marsh (American, 1898-1954) New York Harbor Signed and dated "Reginald Marsh '31" l. l., titled in an inscription on the window mat. Watercolor on paper, sight size 10 1/2 x 17 in. (26.7 x 43.1 cm), framed. Condition: Rippling, tear l.l., nick to u.l. edge. N.B. Reginald Marsh did many en plein air watercolors such as this one in the 1920s and 1930s.
